As easy as 1...2....3...The first steps in the quest to selling your home is to understand the overall process you'll undertake in your efforts. Being a seller, you likely remember some of the work that occurred when buying your home.
Step 1: Initial Consultation – I meet with you at your home, my office or on Zoom to review the services I offer as being your Realtor.
Step 2: Visit of Home – Tour home to provide you suggestions on getting your home ready to list. And assist you by going room to room as well as outside and provide you with staging ideas that will make your home stand out to buyers.
Step 3: Listing Documents - Review and sign the necessary Listing documents either in person or via Dotloop electronically.
Step 4: Pictures / Measurements – I take measurements (as needed) for marketing purposes. Picture order will be submitted, photographer will contact you directly to set up a time to visit your home prior to home going Active.
Step 5: ACTIVE! Yard sign / MLS – I will install your yard sign in the front yard. Status on MLS will be Active for all Realtors/Buyers to see and it will be uploaded to all real estate websites including my Facebook page, Twitter and a Craigslist post.
